Frequently Asked Questions

Does a personal training fee include gym access and equipment?
Not necessarily. The trainer's time, gym membership or entry fees, and equipment can be separate costs. A personal training agreement should explain what the fee includes, whether sessions take place at a gym, at home, or online.
What happens to prepaid sessions if I cancel or need a break?
Unused sessions may be refundable, transferable, or eligible for a pause, depending on the package terms and consumer law. A late-cancelled appointment may be treated differently from sessions never booked. When the trainer cannot provide the service, different refund obligations may apply.
Does hiring a trainer guarantee a particular fitness result?
No. Progress depends on factors beyond the trainer's control, including attendance, health, recovery, and activity outside sessions. A trainer can promise particular services without promising a specific weight, strength level, or deadline. Those are different kinds of commitment.
