By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

When you create documents, we collect the information you provide in the form, including names, state, athlete or influencer level, sport or niche, social media handles and follower counts, business information, and deal details. This information is used to create your documents and is stored in your account for future access.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Stripe may collect and store payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Usage and Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors interact with the Service, including pages visited, time spent on pages, referral sources, browser type, device type, and general geographic location. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this data anonymously. We do not use Google Analytics to collect personally identifiable information. You can learn more about how Google uses data at Google's Privacy Policy and opt out of tracking at Google Analytics Opt-out.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors use the Service through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Clarity captures interactions such as mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and pages visited, and may record portions of your session. Sensitive content, including the text you type into form fields, is masked by default and is not visible to us. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. We use this data to improve our products and services. For more information, see Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted passwords, secure session management, and HTTPS encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account information and documents you create through the Service indefinitely to ensure you can access your documents at any time and to maintain continuity of the Service.
If you wish to close your account, you may contact us at support@EntertainmentContracts.com. Upon account closure, we will disable access to your account. However, we reserve the right to retain account records, transaction history, and documents created through the Service as necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, and legitimate business purposes. Certain data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytics and platform improvement.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@EntertainmentContracts.com.
We use cookies to manage user sessions and keep you logged in. We use a session cookie (named "sid") that expires after 30 days. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity also set cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track usage patterns — these cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. We may also use sessionStorage and localStorage in your browser to temporarily store form data and document information to improve your experience. Session and local storage data are not shared with third parties.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for website usage analysis, and Google Fonts for typography. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information. Note that high school athletes using the Service should do so with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on the Service with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
